So one more day..and I fancy cook again …. I run out of white sugar but I had brow sugar. So I was looking around brown cupcake recipe and from few I made my own Brown sugar chocolate cupcake with Cream cheese, brown sugar and peanut butter frosting … So so yummy . Didn’t have a proper measurements so I needed improvise because I have some 250 g of brown sugar.
But approximately there is a recipe:
For 6-7 cupcakes:
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c butter ( If you using unsalted butter but a pinch of salt )
- 3/4 c flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg
Mix everything together and put mixture into the paper cases until two-thirds full and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes in 170 – 180° . A skewer inserted in the center should come out clean. When ready leave the cupcakes to coll down.Then start to make frosting.
- 80-100 g cream cheese
- 1 big tbsp peanut butter
- 2 big tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar (If you feel that it’s not smooth enough that put more sugar)
And frosting just put on cupcakes with spoon, and it’s don 🙂
So today I decided try to make “Flat belly Brownies” that I found in Pinterest.com ( And recipe you can see in http://www.prevention.com/food/cook/flat-belly-brownies). I change some ingredients – I didn’t have canola oil,so i try to put olive oil and instead of vanilla extract I put Red food colour and i didn’t have walnuts I put chopped almonds .At the moment I get till half..because my little one decide that she wants eat 😉 It`s so predictable, I think I am not only one with why it happened. But i take care with that and now i am ready to continue. So my brownies is in the oven. Will see what will come out of it all 🙂
